Hypodermis = subcutaneous (i.e. not part of skin) = fat and loose connective tissue
cellulocutaneous = skin (epidermis/dermis) and hypodermis (subcut)
erysipelas = superficial dermis (raised and well demarcated)
cellulitis = deep dermis and in particular subcutaneous fat
pustule = small (<1cm) circumscribed superficial elevation of the skin containing pus
furuncle = abscess of hair follicle from dermis extending into hypodermic
carbuncle = multiple communicating furuncles
