Neurovascular compromise
Minimal trauma

Buckle aka Torus fracture
- compression fracture on one side, opposite intact
- stable GP FU
Green stick
- tension fracture
- unstable > orthopod FU
Buckle fracture
- no break in cortex, single cortex, single bone, minimal angulation
(follow up with the GP at 7-10 days currently)
Velcro splint for 3 weeks
Review after removal if ongoing pain, swelling, or not moving wrist/hands/fingers
avoid ruff housing for 6 weeks
No need for repeat Xrays
