Waardenburg Syndrome
- congenital iridium (though if hypo pigmentation on both sides both my be blue?)
- hypopigmentation of skin/hair (white forelock)
- lateral displacement of inner canthus and puncta
- Hearing impairment
Acquired Horner's syndrome (aka oculosympathetic palsy)
- ptosis (droop)
- miosis (constriction)
- anhidrosis (no sweating)
- heterochromia iridium

- trauma, hemorrhage, intraocular inflammation (iridocyclitis, uveitis), intraocular tumor (especially retinoblastoma), intraocular foreign body, glaucoma, iris atrophy, , melanosis oculi, previous intraocular surgery, and some glaucoma medications.
