- facial nevus
- midline forehead and nose
- initially faint then hyperkeratotic, with a yellow-brown appearance.
- cortical dysplasia
- glial hamartomas
- low-grade gliomas.
- Cerebral and cranial anomalies (72%), predominantly hemimegalencephaly and enlargement of the lateral ventricles,
- epilepsy (75%)
- mental retardation (60%)
- hemiparesis and homonymous hemianopia may also be seen
