- Post-strep glomerulonephritis (ASOT, AntiDNaseB, C3 down (normalises in 4 weeks) C4 normal)
- HSP nephritis (IgA vasculitis) (IgA up)
- All the ANS and ANS/CGN as above / below
- primary GN
- Membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis (MPGN) aka mesangiocapillary glomerulonephritis (C3/4 down)
- IgA nephropathy (ie can present as any of the 4)
- anti-GBM disease aka Goodpasture's syndrome (anti GBM antibodies)
- secondary GN
- lupus nephritis (ANA, antiDNA ab's) (C3/4 both down)
- granulomatosis with polyangitis (previously Wegener's) (ANCA)
- IgA nephropathy (1-2days after URTI) (IgA up)
- Alport syndrome (hereditary with hearing loss, anterior lenticonus)
- Thin basement membrane disease (heterozygous form of Alport with isolated benign haematuria)
