Right atria contract first
RA hypertrophy = tall p wave
LA hypertrophy = wide / notched p wave
Venticular hypertrophy = tall wide QRS
L = LAH, LAD, deep S in V1, Tall R in V6, and strain pattern (ST depression, T wave inversion) in lateral leads
R = RAH, RAD, Tall R in V1, Deep S in V6, upright t-wave in V1, and strain in inferior leads, RBBB (RSR in V1)
i.e. R/S in V6 should follow aVF, RSR is RBBB
(LBBB = absent q and broad/notched/slurred R in V5/6)
